In its backyard, Casa De La Playa features a 20,000-gallon pebble tech pool with an in-floor cleaning system, an infinity edge, a negative edge waterfall feature, an LP Gas heater, LED color-changing lights & a separate spa with a waterfall into the pool, and 16 adjustable jets. For year-round access. Plenty of beach chairs and a gas firepit with glass beads in the middle edge.
Sun Deck & Beach Access
The Sun Deck is right on the beachfront, beautifully landscaped with palm trees and other tropical plants to set your paradise mood. Lined with 150 ft of tempered glass railings surrounding the entire rear yard perimeter. At the center, a sunken gas firepit with half-moon seating and a Grand Canyon log set is strategically placed to enjoy Baja’s beautiful sunsets. You will also find an outdoor shower and a staircase leading down to your very own stretch of sandy beach.
